Heelys Return Policy

Returns

All returns must be authorized in advance by Heelyshoes.ca.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. We do not issue exchanges. All merchandise must be returned and a new order be placed for the new style or size.

Returns will be accepted for all merchandise that is unused, in the original packaging and can be resold as such, and has been purchased within the previous 30 days. Heelysshoes.ca cannot issue returns for items that are purchased at other locations or websites.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
All credits will be issued once the product is received and inspected at the warehouse. If the product is deemed to be used or unsellable, Heelysshoes.ca reserves the right to deny the return request and refuse to issue the purchaser a credit

Once your return is received and inspected then a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@oasisfootwear.com.

Return Process
1. Please email info@oasisfootwear.com the following information:

• The full name of the person who placed the order on Heelysshoes.ca
• Your telephone number with area code (in order to expedite your return, please include a valid telephone number so that we may quickly and easily contact you, if needed).
• Your Heelys order number (this can be found in the confirmation e-mail sent to you at the time you placed the order)
• Reason for return

2.  We will respond within 3-5 business days (excluding holidays) with your Return Authorization.

3. Please mail your product, with proof of purchase, to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Limited Warranty
Products sold through Heelysshoes.ca are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of receipt. Manufacturer’s defects will be determined by Heelys. Valid claims will receive a full refund. Improper fit is not valid criteria for warranty. Warranty is valid only with proof of purchase from Heelysshoes.ca online store. Misuse, abuse or alteration of product voids warranty. Heelys will not issue replacement product or credit for returned products that have experienced excessive wear or any type of abuse or mistreatments.
